An alert and reporting system is integrated into the product to allow easy monitoring of the backup system. Every 15 minutes, a snapshot of each server is taken and within minutes, can use this information and be converted to a rapid failover server, ensuring you still have all your data and even your email still coming into your inbox.

With the BDR Backup option, a NAS device that is completely managed by Cygnus is installed with your server and backed up to our offsite data centers. This is a great option for those customers that don't have an IT staff or only one person in the office. The device will restore server images in case of failure with a few simple steps. It can also act as a standby while the server is repaired, so you don't miss a beat.
